Real estate broker's responsibilities
• Prompt processing of requests received from clients according to agency standards;
• Selection of corresponding offers and scheduling viewings with clients;
• Organization and conducting of viewings at developer projects or at the Welhome office;
• Coordination and supervision of the transaction from start to finish, providing quality services to our clients;
• Reflection of agent activity data in the agency's CRM system;
• Participation in meetings, training sessions, and tours of new projects on the market.
So you don't need to do anything special, just sell the properties from the agency's portfolio.
