As a principle, Welhome Invest SRL will process your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned above.
If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, Welhome Invest SRL will stop processing your personal data for this purpose, without affecting the processing carried out by Welhome Invest SRL based on your consent expressed before withdrawing it.
V. Disclosure of personal data
In order to achieve the processing purposes, Welhome Invest SRL may disclose your data to partners, third parties or entities that support Welhome Invest SRL in conducting its activities through the Site (e.g. courier companies, IT service providers), or to central/local public authorities, in the following exemplified cases:

The right to information, namely the right to receive details about the processing activities carried out by Welhome Invest SRL, in accordance with those described in this document;
The right of access to data, namely the right to obtain confirmation from Welhome Invest SRL regarding the processing of personal data, as well as details regarding the processing activities such as the way in which the data is processed, the purpose of the processing, the recipients or categories of recipients of the data, etc;
The right to rectification, namely the right to obtain without undue delay the correction by Welhome Invest SRL of inaccurate / unjustified personal data, as well as to complete incomplete data; The rectification / completion will be communicated to each recipient to whom the data was transmitted, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate efforts.
The right to erasure of data, without undue delay, ("the right to be forgotten"), if one of the following reasons applies:
they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
the consent has been withdrawn and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
the data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
the personal data have been processed unlawfully;
the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation;
the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of services of the information society in accordance with Union or Member State law under which the controller is established.
It is possible that, following a request for data erasure, Welhome Invest SRL may anonymize this data (thus depriving it of its personal character) and continue to process it in such conditions for statistical purposes;
The right to restrict processing to the extent that:
the accuracy of the data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or
the data subject has objected to processing (other than direct marketing) for the period of time while it is verified whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
The right to data portability, namely (i) the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and (ii) the right to have those data transmitted by Welhome Invest SRL to another controller, to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met;
The right to object - with regard to processing activities, it can be exercised by sending a request according to those indicated below;
at any time, for reasons related to the particular situation in which the data subject is located, that data that concerns him/her to be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of Welhome Invest SRL or on the basis of the public interest, except where Welhome Invest SRL can demonstrate that it has legitimate and compelling reasons to justify the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or that the purpose is to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
at any time, free of charge and without any justification, that the data related to him/her be processed for direct marketing purposes.
The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him/her or similarly affects him/her significantly;
The right to address the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing or the competent courts, to the extent necessary.
