Aprobarea cererii: Odată ce cererea ta este trimisă, echipa Welhome o va analiza. După aprobarea cererii, vei deveni oficial partener și vei putea începe să îți desfășori activitatea.
Înscrierea clienților: Felicitări, ai devenit partener! Acum poți începe să înscrii clienți pe platformă. Este important să oferi cât mai multe detalii despre preferințele și nevoile clienților tăi pentru a facilita procesul.
Recompensarea tranzacțiilor reușite: După ce clienții înscriși de tine finalizează tranzacții de succes vei primi o recompensă. Comisionul va fi calculat în funcție de valoarea tranzacției și tipul de proprietate achiziționată de clientul tău.

We do sales
We sell houses and apartments in new residential projects in Sibiu. We also sell land and commercial spaces. We advise developers on organizing the sales process.
We assist with registering transactions and obtaining all necessary documents for signing at the notary.
We recommend some of the best banks for obtaining a mortgage loan, depending on each client's situation.
We are doing marketing
Within the agency, we have an IT department that deals with creating promotional websites for the most important residential projects. We also make videos and design promotional materials.
We use social media and Google platforms in a professional manner to promote our properties.
